Designed for the preparation of maternal starter cultures on pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria by pasteurizing milk, fermenting it and cooling the starter culture. Heating is done using the built-in block heater or with the help of a coil for heating with steam. When heated by electro-TEN, the process takes place completely in automatic mode. The operation of the heating elements is performed using a solid-state relay, which is controlled by a microcontroller according to the PID law. Work process: - pasteurization; - the introduction into milk of primary sourdough (maternal) sourdough; - fermentation of milk and mixing; - keeping in the process of clot formation at a given temperature and cooling the resulting yeast.
