Milk receiving station

MSP-XXX milk milk metering station - is designed for milk reception, filtration, metering and cooling. The station is used on commercial dairy farms, milk collection points. The station consists of a built-in deaerator with a float system, two coarse filters (specially made for continuous operation of the unit, the filters operate alternately as they become dirty), a milk meter, a collapsible plate heat exchanger (FUNKE, Germany) included in a by-pass circuit (made for so that it is possible not to connect ice water when receiving cold milk with T = + 4 ° C), an integrated thermocouple (shows the temperature of the milk received), and a milk pump. Scheme of work: milk enters the pump, the pump delivers milk to collapsible coarse filters (you can apply a scheme with fine filters and coarse filters in pairs), a de-separator (milk gets rid of the foam so that the foam does not make an error to the readings of the electronic milk meter), collapsible plate heat exchanger (milk is intensively cooled using ice water with Т = + 1 ° С and in countercurrent flow of warm milk, where milk is cooled in 3 - 12 seconds).
