Vertical isothermal tank - 10000l

Vertical tank (TV) - designed to store milk and other liquid products. Consists of a shell, a cover, a bottom, thermal insulation, cladding, a hatch and supports. The shell is welded from stainless sheet steel of the AISI 304 (08X18H10) or AISI 316 (08X17H13M2) grades. The bottom may be flat, inclined or conical. As insulation, sheet foam polystyrene or foamed polyurethane can be used, the thickness of the insulation is calculated depending on the temperature conditions. The cladding is made of AISI 304 steel with a thickness of 1.5-2 mm. Hatches can be located on the top cover (top) or on the sidewall (side). Options: level gauge, sight glass with backlight. Tanks can be made with an isothermal top cover, frequency control of the mixer, platforms on the bottom of the foot supports for installing strain gauges. We produce similar tanks according to the customer’s order from 100 l to 30 tons
