Grease melter 100l

Designed for melting hard or frozen blocks of fat and storing it in a certain state at a given temperature. The grease melter (grease) is used in the oil and fat, confectionery, and cosmetic industries. The grease melter is a double-walled tank mounted vertically on supports. The inner bath is enclosed in a thermal jacket (a variant with built-in heating elements is possible). For convenient operation and increased productivity, the heat transfer tubes are inclined, which contributes to the promotion and pouring of the frozen blocks with the molten mass of the product. All parts of the grease melter are made of food grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The grease melters are divided into two types: with electric heating and with the help of superheated water or steam.
