Injectors of the NK series are manufactured on the basis of components from Germany (Siemens) and Sweden (Johnson) designed for the extrusion of meat with saline in the manufacture of smoked meats. The injector carries out the ambassador of bone and boneless lumpy meat of pork, beef, lamb, as well as poultry with needles with a diameter of 4 or 3 mm, fish with needles with a diameter of 2.5 or 1.8 mm. Pieces of meat are transported on the conveyor through the extrusion zone and, after being saturated with special saline solution, fall from the conveyor into a transport tank (vat). The ambassador is carried out through 17, 27, 54, 108, 216 needles, which move in a vertical plane independently of each other, which allows for the salting of bone meat. If necessary, local additional extrusion can be performed using a manual single-needle syringe fed with the same pump. The pressure in the salt supply line is controlled by a manometer, the pressure is controlled by a brine supply valve located under the control panel of the injector. Pressure provided by the pump up to 6 MPa. Maximum saturation of the product with brine up to 60% by weight.
