The 400 series, like the RVF 540, is flexible: it is suitable for small and medium-sized meat processing plants, but it can also be perfectly used in large specialized enterprises. The smooth and hygienic body of the machine, which takes up little space, is self-supporting and completely made of stainless steel. The large, vertical-bladed transport device ensures extreme portioning accuracy - with maximum uptime. No crushing, no smearing: in addition, sparing transportation of all masses of fillers is ensured, in particular for large inserts for feeding sausage meat into a syringe, pieces of meat or raw sausages. Transport devices are supplied with 8, 12 or 14 gates, optionally also with blind gates.
