Mixer planetary B-80

The planetary mixer B-80 is used for kneading various dough, as well as for whipping creams, mousses and making mashed potatoes, sauces and cocktails. The dough can be shortbread, puff, custard, yeast, biscuit and can be used for baking bagels, bread, pizza, cookies, etc. The kneading organ rotates around its axis and the axis of the bowl, thereby ensuring a homogeneous mass. The mixer is equipped with a removable bowl with a lid and a safety microswitch. The case is painted, and all working bodies are made of stainless steel.
