The model line of Kieselguhr disc filters is quite wide and includes installations with automatic and manual unloading. • Stationary filtration units with automatic unloading from 10.0 to 50.0 m2 (as well as models with manual unloading from 3.0 to 10.0 m2). • Kieselguhr filters with a filter surface of up to 30 m2 can be on wheels. • Units are completely made of food grade stainless steel. • Dosing pump with adjustable dosage of kieselguhr. • Entrance and exit sight glasses with illumination. • Horizontal elements protect the filter layer from destruction during short-term and even long-term blackouts. • System of centrifugal discharge of filter cake (in automatic filters). • Internal washing of the vessel with spray nozzles. Easy inspection of filter elements after removing the top cover. The drive of the centrifugal unloading system in automatic filters can be located below and above, for convenient and quick maintenance
