Two-rotor mixer

The two-rotor mixer is designed for intensive mixing, kneading and plasticization of masses with low, medium or high viscosity, etc. The device is a two-ton mixer. The two-rotor mixer consists of a housing mounted on a bed, enclosed on all sides by fences. Inside the housing are two horizontal shafts with curly blades deployed relative to the shaft axes by 60 °. Such an arrangement, as well as the presence of cylindrical holes in the blades, create conditions for efficiently obtaining a homogeneous mass from the components to be mixed. The mixer blades can be of various configurations.
