Production of components for hydraulic systems

PJSC "Nizhny Novgorod Engineering Plant" and JSC "Nizhny Novgorod Plant named after 70th Anniversary of Victory ”offer cooperation in manufacturing custom-made components for hydraulic systems according to customer drawings: - hydraulic cylinders; - hydraulic tubes; - sleeves of high / low pressure; - NSH pumps. Production capabilities of the hydraulic cylinder manufacturing site: - Deep drilling machines (workpieces with a diameter of up to 600 mm and a length of up to 4,000 mm); - Lathes for turning blanks with a diameter of up to 700 mm and a length of up to 4,500 mm; - Horizontal honing machines (parts with a diameter of up to 580 mm and a length of up to 4,000 mm); - Circular grinding machines (parts with a diameter of up to 510 mm and a length of up to 4,000 mm). Our own testing center conducts hydraulic and power tests of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic tests of units with static pressure, testing of high pressure hoses for leaks and flushing, as well as other necessary tests of incoming raw materials and finished products. The enterprises are equipped with equipment for serial production, providing high quality products. The quality management system complies with GOST ISO 9001-2011 and GOST RV 0015-002-2012.
