Automatic blowing machine AB-2000-5

The automatic blow molding machine AV-2000-5 is designed for the production of PET bottles with capacities from 0, 25 to 8, 0 liters by stretching and two-stage blowing of PET preforms in a mold. The DAKI company offers its new solution - blowing bottles under an insertable handle. The bottle under the handle will be made in a special mold having movable signs allowing the formation of recesses in the bottle under the handle. After blowing the bottle, the movable signs are recessed into the inside of the mold and do not interfere with the removal of the finished bottle from the mold. The handle is inserted into the finished bottle at the next stage (not included in the equipment supplied). The performance of the AB 2000-5 assault rifle when blowing bottles under the inserted handle is 1,400 bottles / hour. The machine provides the possibility of a separate mode of operation of each of the two blowing modules. The machine is equipped with a touch LCD operator control panel.
