To obtain high-quality granules in a continuous mode, a dosed uniform supply of uniformly moistened and heated raw materials to the granulator pressing unit is required. In industrial granulators, this is realized by installing a dispenser and an air conditioning mixer. In mini-granulators, loading is usually carried out manually directly into the receiving hopper, which does not allow to obtain maximum granulator productivity and stable pellet quality.
