Caotech type CAO B2000 is specially designed for fine grinding of chocolate, mixes, glazes, etc. This setup is a combination of a CAO C2000 ball mill, a 500 liter pre-mix / cone tank and a circulation system. Ball mill, low mixing speed, designed for heat-sensitive masses has a unique configuration between the grinding shaft, grinding tanks and grinding balls, giving optimal use of grinding efficiency. The ingredient mixer / conch has an exhaust fan placed on top of the mixer / conch. This device will remove volatile acids and moisture from the mass.
