Type of equipment: For a restaurant I sell a rotary oven Rotor Agro 302E with a rotating trolley, with electric heating produced by TAGRO LLC. Oven in good condition, bought a new one. I sell in connection with the replacement of electric furnaces with gas. In the oven, everything works perfectly, except for the electronic control unit. It has been replaced by Aries thermal control systems of the TPM type (more reliable). The rest - the oven undergoes regular maintenance, constant care. At the moment, the oven is in working condition, we bake confectionery, you can come and watch at work. The oven can bake a whole range of products: from bread to the whole range of confectionery (muffins, biscuits, cakes, etc.). It bakes perfectly. There is a steam humidification function.
