At Pandyno, a parachute-filled filling covered with a cork film works. Instead of a knife, Pandyno uses cold cutting wire, which achieves a clean straight cut, so chaining bags is not possible. Instead of two welding strips, the machine has one (industrial) seal bar with about 5 mm. The width of the seal and has an additional timer to set the cooling time to set the cooling time necessary to get a good seal. The sealing cycle will begin after the operator has pushed the sealing bars, where they will be in the closed position by the magnet.
