When a package needs to be sealed with a collector card (paper / board card with PE Coating), our tape sealants can be modified for “elongated shafts”. With a standard seal tape, the card header maximum 40 mm from the top of the card can be sealed, and with a special extended shaft, the maximum height becomes 100 mm. With this extra space, it is easier to keep in a bag between the collector card for good sealing. Thus, the Card Header and the filled bag are always beautifully aligned and the Card Header provides an attractive package. Note: In case of using the Thick collector card, additional heating of the plate is recommended to be equipped with a sealant.
