Shrink bags are a packaging solution that is ideal for products with variable sizes or shapes. We produce packages using modern 9-layer technology, which allows you to combine polymers with different characteristics to obtain a high-quality product. Main properties: - EVOH barrier layer; - high coefficient of shrinkage, more than 45%; - high gloss and gloss; - excellent puncture resistance; - excellent weld, even if there are small particles of the product in the weld area; - excellent adhesion of meat to the film, which contributes to the excellent appearance of the packaged product. Bag thickness: - 45 microns - for fresh meat, delicacies and sausages; - 70 microns - for carcasses of chicken, wings and meat with bone; - 85 microns - for meat on the bone. Sizes of heat-shrink bags: Depending on the type of seam, we produce heat-shrink bags of the following sizes: - Width: 150 ÷ 600 mm; - length: 80 ÷ 1000mm.
