Designed for packaging perishable food products (meat and sausages, fish, seafood, poultry, cheeses and much more), both in a modified gas atmosphere and in vacuum in order to significantly increase the shelf life and maintain an attractive appearance of food products. High barrier is achieved by the presence of a layer: EVOH (copolymer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol). Package compositions: PET // PE / EVOH / PE, PET // PE / PA / EVOH / PA / PE. Assortment: Packages are issued three-sutural. Flat width: from 80 mm to 800 mm, length up to 800 mm, joint width 4–8 mm. Thicknesses from 60 microns to 120 microns. It is possible to manufacture according to individual sizes, as well as applying flexographic printing, the number of colors is 8 + 8. Advantages: increased mechanical strength, puncture resistance; universality of application (packaging is possible, both in a modified gas environment and in vacuum); low oxygen permeability; high transparency.
