In the process of capping, the operator manually installs the can or bottle filled with the product in the chamber and covers the container with a lid. Then, pressing the drive lever, seals the chamber, turns on the vacuum system and closes the container. The degree of vacuum in the container is controlled using a vacuum gauge. After that, the operator releases the lever, opens the camera and takes out the sealed can or bottle. The dimensions of containers and lids are negotiated at checkout. The installation is equipped with a replaceable kit for working with different sizes of cans. (all stands are provided for the convenience of working with different sizes of cans). Please note that the unit is equipped with a receiver that allows you to make the vacuum pump work much less noisy, the burnout of the vacuum oil is much slower than the analogs without a receiver.
