MR 10 Casepacker LANGUAGE Packer

The MR 10 robot is specially designed for packing small-sized packages and cells in boxes and crates and can be connected “directly”, directly behind the packing unit of the egg sorting machine or “at a distance” via a logical conveyor system (Contiflow). Depending on the type of egg packaging, the performance of the MR 10 can vary from 30,000 eggs (80 boxes) to more than 40,000 eggs (110 boxes) per hour. When calculated by the empirical method, there are about 12 cycles per minute, which translates into a capacity of about 35,000 eggs (97 boxes) per hour, based on 48 eggs per packing cycle.
