Tray sealing machine (traysiler) CTP 100S will allow hermetically packaging finished, frozen or chilled products in plastic containers (trays made of PP polypropylene). CTP 100S can be used from the trading floors of supermarkets and shops for portioned filling, in workshops with low productivity, restaurants for takeaways. Tray sealer can also be used for packaging non-food items. The traysiler CTP 100S will help to complement the store's assortment with quality-laid out minced meat, dishes with sauces, first and second courses, salads. After laying the product, the tray is installed in the CTP 320 receiving unit. The operator closes and holds the device cover in the closed state. Sealing time is controlled by a timer and is a few seconds. After opening the lid, the sealed tray can be removed from the traysiler.
