The automatic traysiler is a compact device with linear feeding of trays for obtaining a modern and attractive portioned sealed packaging with increased shelf life of products according to the highest hygienic requirements for food production and packing departments. Modified gas medium (MAP) filling is ensured by vacuum evacuation of air before sealing with high performance. After installing the container with the product in the receiving unit on the packing table, vacuum removal of air and gas filling of the gas generator, the container is sealed, the film is cut along the contour and the finished tray with the product is ejected onto the conveyor. The equipment is made to order for specific sizes of trays. You can use interchangeable forms for different sizes of trays.
