The ILPRA SPEEDY E-MEC VG PROGAS model is a machine built into the production line. The movement of the conveyor, as well as the unwinding-reeling system of the sealing film, is mechanical. Servo knee lever system, provides movement of the sealing station. Thanks to ILPRA's specially developed mechanical movement system, the machine works with very low compressed air consumption. The design of the FOODPACK SPEEDY E-MEC V / G is designed to work in a humid environment. The whole body of the machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The working area is made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Machine protection class: IP 65 Changing the format on the machine to work with different tray sizes takes about 5 minutes. The PROGAS version, which implies a special channel system for creating vacuum / gas, allows you to achieve a very low level of residual oxygen using a standard vacuum pump. Thus, using a standard vacuum pump, it becomes possible to increase the productivity of the machine.
