The bottling installation is made in the form of a compact desktop device that can be installed on any desktop. Due to the simplicity of the design, the installation can be performed with a different number of casting channels (from 1 to 10 or more). In this process, the size, shape, and volume of the container does not matter, the main requirement is an open neck. Setting and adjustment of the dose is carried out using the control panel, which can be fixed on the rack, or located not far from the operator (for convenience, fixed on the wall, next to the dispenser). The unit works by the weight principle, which allows to achieve high accuracy with multi-channel dosing. Principle of work: Before work, the operator sets empty containers in the filling position and calibrates the sensor by entering the net and gross container data. Then the “START” button is pressed, the valve opens and the container is filled. After receiving the weight set on the control panel, the valve closes. Thus, the valve closes after receiving a signal about the achievement of a given mass to the controller and that in turn gave a signal to the solenoid valve to close the flow. Next, the operator moves the container for further closure.
