Semi-automatic machine for filling pasty products in the Doy Pak package

We bring to your attention the semi-automatic filling and packaging machine U-01 (series 145) designed for filling pasty products into prepared containers - DOY-PAK packages, semi-cans, glass jars, etc. When using DOY-PAK packages, the semi-automatic machine can be equipped with a sealing device. The kit includes a table on which a dispenser is installed, a bag inflating unit, a bag sealing machine with a 6-digit date sensor and a system for controlling the temperature and time of package welding. A semiautomatic device requires a source of compressed air. The size of packages is from 100x150 to 180x285 mm. Operating procedure. The product poured into the upper hopper is dosed by weight. The mass of one dose and the dosage parameters are set by the operator from the remote control. When the set mass in the bucket is reached, the vibration stops and the dispenser goes into standby mode. The operator inflates the Doy-Pak bag with compressed air by pressing the bag onto the cone of the blowing device. Then he puts the bag on the cone of a similar funnel and presses the reset pedal. Then it moves the bag into the sealing device and presses the sealing pedal. Next, the cycle repeats.
