DXDD-40II Packing Machine

In this series of packaging machines, as a dispenser, a conveyor with trays is used, i.e. the operator loads the product manually into the trays, then the trays move forward and dump their contents into the funnel, and then through the funnel the product falls into the bag and is sealed. This type of packer is used for prefabricated packaging, such as furniture fasteners, children's designer, etc. The peculiarity of this series is the electronic adjustment of the packet length using the PLC controller, and operation only from the mains does not require a compressor. In this machine, a conveyor with trays is used as a product dispenser. The product is placed by the operator in trays, then the tray is turned over, the product will fall into the bag and packaged. This machine can pack a product with a maximum size of 110 mm and a width of 80 mm. The machine is used for packaging various sets, hardware, piece goods, etc.
