Purpose: Designed for weight dosing of bulk products with a high degree of accuracy. Packaging is done in finished bags. The working range of weights is from 1 to 50 kg. Packaged products: cereals, short-cut pasta, seeds, sugar, bran, dried fruits, etc. Dosing accuracy 2%. When installing a prefix for piece products (optional), packaging of lump products is possible. Dosing accuracy with prefix ± 1 indivisible particle of the product. Description: The dispensing device consists of a hopper, a vibratory tray, a platform with a strain gauge and pneumatic clamp bag, as well as an electronic unit. Parameters for dispenser operation are set from the electronic unit, and the current weight value is displayed. By pressing the pedal, a command is issued to set the next dose of the product. In this case, the product is fed through a vibrating tray into a bag hanging on a weighing platform.
