QUICK SHINE is a universal gloss for chocolate dragees. It is an aqueous, milky-turbid dispersion of medium viscosity, consisting of polysaccharides, corn syrup, vegetable fat and a preservative with a typical taste and smell. It allows you to get a perfect gloss quickly even with a very small dosage of up to 2 kg per ton, with a relative humidity of up to 60%. Production workings with QUICK SHINE can be carried out both in a conventional pelletizing boiler and in an automatic pelletizing drum when applying the product manually or by spraying.
