A reliable and efficient vertical dehydrator with the XPress system is what you need to process large volumes of manure. The vertical dehydrator consists of a vertical cylindrical net, in which the manure rises with the screw to the upper outlet, and the fluid flows by gravity through the openings of the net. The auger does not touch the net; there is no pressure on the net. Using a vertical dehydrator, large volumes of manure can be processed from scraper or rotary systems. It is used as a dehydrator to feed manure into the XPress system for the production of bedding or compost. It is designed to work with a tank-regulator of liquid level.
