Vacuum seeder in Lambda Compact URBINATI cartridges

The Lambda Compact drum-type automatic seed line is designed for filling cassettes with a substrate, sowing seeds in cassettes, sprinkling seeds with vermiculite and moisturizing the cassettes. The drum type sowing device is equipped with a hopper and can be easily reloaded for various types of cassettes. A shovel equipped with a drive ensures centering in the cell and the correct hole shape. Interchangeable drums allow sowing various types of seeds. The sowing unit can be equipped with 3 sowing drums for multi-seeding or distribution of chemical granules, with an excellent combination of small and large seeds. Seed or drum change faster thanks to electronic control. The control panel is integrated into the machine and can store up to 99 sowing programs with multi-sowing from 2 to 99 seeds in one cell. Quick adjustment and replacement of the drums is carried out without any tools. Drum for sprinkling with vermiculite or other granules ensures even sprinkling and reduces losses. The composition of the line includes peat filler cassettes RN12. The line has a strong and elongated base with galvanized treatment and powder coating. It can be equipped with electronic control of the position of the cassette during sowing and output roller conveyors.
