The machine is designed to defrost frozen fish blocks. Water temperature during defrosting + 7⁰С, defrosting time, up to one hour. Thanks to the use of the principle of convection, the water temperature is maintained the same throughout the volume of the defroster, which ensures uniform defrosting of the raw material. Simplicity of design provides high reliability in operation. The machine can operate in automatic mode of water supply, and raw defrosting time. Automatic unloading of defrosted fish in a container or on a conveyor.
