Sewage treatment

The company "Gentry Steel" produces systems for the treatment of industrial effluents that arise during the slaughter and processing of poultry, as well as social and domestic wastewater. The cleaning system consists of the following elements: slotted sieve (mechanical cleaning of wastes from fine particles); grease trap with a system of pumps and mixers (grease separation, draining to a uniform consistency); capacity for collecting and averaging effluents with a system of pumps and mixers (accumulation of effluents and bringing them to a homogeneous consistency); physicochemical wastewater treatment (flocculator, flotator with saturator, designed for physicochemical reactions); a biological reactor for wastewater treatment by bio-logical methods, which in turn consists of: the capacity for collecting wastewater after flotation; denitrification chamber with a system of pumps and mixers; nitrification chamber with a system of blowers and air diffusers; valve chamber; secondary sludge accumulators (final separation of sludge from treated effluents); system for pumping, dewatering and accumulating sludge; pumping treated sewage; control and measuring unit.
