Pen pump

The feather pump is used to transport the feather obtained in the process of plucking the bird. The pen should be transported with water. Structure and principle of operation: The main element is a single-stage pump Type PZ complete with an engine. A single-sided impeller with a free duct has blades located on the disk. The impeller disk is displaced from the flowing space and placed in the pump cavity, which increases the duct between the impeller blades and the housing insert. The pen pump can be installed both in existing concrete and steel tanks and together with a free-standing tank, which is supplied with the pump. Typically, a feather is transported through the sewage canals to the tank using water. Later, the pen is pumped through a pipeline with a diameter of 125-250 mm (depending on the type of pump) to the pen separator, where water is separated.
