Products that enter the cooler pass along the entire length of the cooler using a screw, where at the end they are thrown into a prepared container, chute, onto a conveyor belt, and the like. The length and width of the cooler depends on the performance of the production line and the size of the refrigerated product. The auger cooler uses ice water.
