Carcass slaughter machine

The machine is designed to cut the jugular vein and carotid artery of the suspended carcasses after the stunning process. The device mainly consists of a support, guides and a pair of circular knives. The guides capture and fix the head of the stunned bird, placing it perpendicular to vertically mounted circular knives. The rotational movement of the knives gives the electric motor located on the frame of the machine. The unit is mounted on the floor of the slaughter line or installed on the gutter of blood flow. The positions of the cutting knives and guides are adjusted according to the size of the bird thanks to screw connections. Installation setup and maintenance are simple and convenient.
