The washing and spraying device is used for perfect cleaning of birds from feathers and other residues left after processing the birds in linear machines. Structure and principle of operation: The washing sink is made of stainless, acid-resistant materials. Two housings are symmetrically located on the stable structural frame of the machine, on which there are shafts with special rubber fingers L = 265mm. The bird on the stirrups of the overhead conveyor moves between the machine guides, which simultaneously act as washing collectors. Rotational opposite movements of the shafts with rubber fingers together with atomization of water from the collectors ensures proper washing and elimination of feather residues and other contaminants from the carcasses of the bird. The machine design allows horizontal regulation (convergence / divergence) and height adjustment of the cleaning shafts and washing collectors, which ensures adaptation equipment to the size of a bird.
