A linear machine for sifting is installed on the slaughter line after the pairing machine, serves to remove the plumage of a bird. The plumage is removed due to the rows of rotating disks on which flexible, ribbed rubber fingers are located, each of which is directed to a specific area of the carcass. Disks with rubber fingers attached to bearing housings are mounted on each half of the machine body. In order to achieve the best sieving result, it is possible to quickly and easily adjust each screed cabinet separately in height, width and angle.
