Stomach processing machine

The device is designed to automatically separate the stomachs from the intestines, remove the contents of the stomachs and cleanse them from the cuticle. The supply of stomachs to the device can be carried out manually or using conveyors. After the stomachs enter the machine through a loading funnel, the treatment begins with the stomach separating from the intestine, then the stomach is cut with a circular knife, with the help of a stream of water it is freed from the contents, after which the stomach is cleaned of the cuticle. The cleaned stomachs are removed from the device through the discharge window. Offal is removed from the device using a screw and water through the gutters located on the bottom of the machine. The installation can also be combined with a fat removal device, a screw conveyor for washing the stomach and a control table for inspection and post-treatment of the cuticle. All the main working elements of the machine are made of stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials. Electric motors and drives are completely separated from the processing section. The operating parts of the equipment are easily interchangeable and available for cleaning and maintenance.
