The device is designed for automatic internal and external washing of gutted carcasses of chickens with a weight in the range from 800 g to 2,500 g. Principle of operation: Carcasses enter the machine with the breast or back into the device. A guide rail mounted on the bottom rail guides the carcass towards the curved bars where it stabilizes. A tube with a washing tip enters the carcass with a slider. Carcass washing begins here after the washing tip is inserted inside and lasts for the entire time the carcass moves through the machine until the tip leaves the inside of the carcass. The external washing complex operates continuously.
