Vacuum lung suction device

A vacuum lung suction device is used to remove lungs, blood clots and other residues after the process of evisceration. It is one of the latest processing operations on the evisceration line. The working body of the installation is a pistol suspended on rollers, connected by means of a flexible hose to a collection hopper. The final element of the device is a vacuum installation. The suction process is carried out by entering the tip of the gun into the internal cavity of the carcasses and pressing the lever mounted on the handle, which, in turn, allows access to the vacuum space. Disposed waste reaches the collection hopper. It is also possible to combine this device with a gun for cutting cloaca. With greater line productivity, several guns can be connected to the device to suck out the lungs. The unit is almost completely made of stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials.
