The device is designed for automatic cloaca cutting. The machine is placed first in the gutting line in front of the abdominal cavity cutting apparatus. The device consists of: A frame which is the basis of the design of the machine. The structure also includes a drain pan, a guide and a height adjustment system. A drum is installed on the frame that has freedom of movement up and down, depending on the need. Drum with central shaft, upper and lower plates, curved guide and a set of knives. The curved guide is fixed to the central shaft, which in turn is fixed to the frame. The set of knives, which is fixed to the upper and lower plates, rotates around a curved guide of the central shaft and must be in line with the overhead conveyor. The drive sprocket receives the drive from the chain overhead conveyor.
