W 300 grinds grilles and cross knives of tops, as well as cutting sets of sausage lines up to 300 mm in diameter. Very fast single-lever control of the machine reduces preparatory and auxiliary time. Stable construction contributes to high grinding performance. Due to this, the processing time remains small. Fixing parts to choose from: using magnetic voltage or centering inserts on a round table. For optimal sharpening results, two feed speeds are available. To insert parts, the round table can be moved to a removable position. Hurry, fast feed of the grinding disc, as well as precision, soft and accurate feed. If the grinding unit moves from the working position, the machine stops automatically. The coolant device prevents overheating of the workpieces. Optionally: a coolant device with a belt filter. For grids and cross knives of tops with a diameter of up to 400 mm, the machine can optionally be equipped with a 400 mm round table.
