The E 50 machine automatically grinds hand knives of various shapes and sizes. The 4-axis control captures the knife by the handle from the magazine - the shape of the knife is individually determined - the knife is sharpened exactly in shape, polished and polished - the capture returns the sharpened knife to the magazine. Individual measurement and calculation of the optimal sharpening path for each knife. The original shape of the knife is maintained with each sharpening. Sharpening up to 400 hand knives per 8-hour shift (depends on the shape and size of the knives). Required for this time, the staff is 1-2 hours. A magazine with a capacity of 48 knives can be filled with knives outside the machine during the grinding process.
