The REX DA 2001 is a cost-effective solution for pulling all kinds of natural sausage casings onto a twist pin. The electric drive starts as soon as you turn the sheath tensioner to the pinwheel pin. It doesn’t matter with which shell you work with lamb, pork or beef - the tension of the shell is carried out according to the gentle principle. To avoid damage to the casing, rollers with two types of coating are available. This improves not only overall productivity, but also production efficiency.
