Boning line for pork half carcasses and beef quarters. The case is completely made of stainless steel, the external surfaces are ground. Circular saw for rough deboning of pork half carcasses with an integrated table and belt conveyor. Rollers are built into the table for easy feeding of cut pieces to the line. On the side is a pneumatically adjustable platform for rough boning of beef quarters. A tray is attached to the platform for feeding pieces of meat to the line. The boning tape is made of food-grade material, it is lifted by a special device during cleaning. Boning tables are located on both sides of the tape. Near them are 7 drawers - 3 under the table, 2 from the side and 2 from the top. Full boxes are retracted using a roller conveyor with a corkscrew at the end. Boxes are lifted by a pneumatic lift to the i-point and fed to the buffer conveyor. The facility complies with CE and EU and USDA regulations.
