Smoking chambers of the German company Emerson, specializing in the production of smoking chambers for meat processing enterprises. These cameras have European quality, but are more affordable in comparison with well-known German brands. For the price they can be compared with Polish and Czech cameras. The standard delivery includes: - an exhaust fan, which is important for the efficient operation of the equipment, - 2-meter ducts for gas removal, - a TouchScreen touch control panel with an interface in 40 languages, developed by a special order from Emerson. Available in sizes from 1 to 8 frames. Performed in a row, or double row. Heating: steam, gas, electricity. Optional: evaporator for smoking with cold smoke; horizontal distribution of air flows for smoking product located on the grates.
