Designed for washing, disinfecting hands and cleaning shoes of staff. It consists of a shoe-polish module, a hand-washing module, a hand-disinfection module, and an entry control module. Shoe cleaning module. Equipped with two horizontal brushes rotating inward, preventing splashing of the cleaning solution. The solution is supplied under pressure using nozzles located around the perimeter of the bath. Brushes are driven by gear motors. A special grille is provided for the passage through the brushes. The rotation of the brushes and the supply of washing solution are activated by a motion sensor (photosensor) located on the station body. Hand washing module. Detergent is supplied automatically when the photocell located in the hand washing chamber is triggered, after which water is supplied to flush the solution. Hand disinfection module. The disinfectant is automatically supplied when you bring your hands into the photocell area using an electric pump through 4 nozzles (two on the top and two on the bottom to reduce processing time). Output control module. Sequential disinfection of hands and shoes is required to unlock the turnstile for entry. The turnstile blocks the exit from the production area.
