The new model of meat press KT-ALP is designed for “beating” meat and poultry using the press method without losing weight. The chop acquires an even thickness and maintain juiciness during subsequent frying. The machine works quickly and efficiently with a capacity of up to 500 chops per hour at a press pressure of 3000 kg. The CT-ALP model has stepless stepless regulation of the finished product thickness from 1, 0 - 4, 5 mm.
