Installation for liquid breading ALCO APN 400

The width of the tape is 400 mm. The alco liquid breading machine, type APN, is designed to apply liquid media and breading materials to products before applying dry breading. This is made possible by the use of a powerful pump, which allows the installation to be used for the following purposes: - pickling, for example, barbecue products; - breading dough products; - applying fat (oil) to products before cooking. Various applications are provided by using a pump that can pump practically all liquid media of various viscosities (if using a pump is undesirable, see the alco installation section for applying tempura (batter)). The conveyor speed and pump power (except for type APN 250 N) are continuously adjustable using a frequency converter, which maintains the normal temperature and consistency of the medium applied to the product even when it contains more solid particles.
