Installation for dry breading ALCO ART 900

The width of the tape is 900 mm. The alco dry breading unit, type APT, optimally applies various grades of breading material to the product, and the circulation system for the breading material works on the principle of gravity (if this is not necessary, see the alco flour breading installation). In addition, the installation has a compact and robust design. With its help it is possible to produce the following types of breading: - breading with dry breading material; - breading with spices, such as barbecue products. The speed of rotation of the augers (vertical auger = circulation, horizontal auger = breading from the bottom) is regulated by a frequency converter, which guarantees an optimum flow of breading material and ensures its careful use.
